The #HPReadathon2019 is a three-month long event that aims to get Potterheads involved in reading the Harry Potter series again interactively. In the past, we've had a range of different activities for readathoners to participate in, but we're going back to basics this year.

The readathon will mostly be run over on Twitter, however, this site will act as an information portal. Some people may also like to use Instagram and Goodreads as well, though we will not be active on our Goodreads group anymore.

#HPReadathon2019 will be run from 

Monday 10th June 2019 to Sunday 1st September 2019.

It is twelve weeks long.

The way it works is: while the main account (@HPReadathon) will guide the readathon, readathoners will usually read and tweet their thoughts, comments and questions using the hashtag (#HPReadathon2019). Many people enjoy interacting with others who are also participating and engaging in conversations about the text.
